- Looking for 10 to 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Handling Union/IR, Organizational Development, Stakeholder Management, handled new projects.
Job role:
- Implement policies for effective management of available human resources and development of human capital across the organization.
- Ensuring resolution of employee grievance and examining the grievances.
- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas & conducting selection interviews and managing events also.
- Responsible for overall HR/IR and Admin Responsibility of the Plant.
- Involved in managing New Projects.
