Plant Accounts Manager - CA - FMCG

We are seeking to Identify Manager Plant Accounts Manager for a leading multinational FMCG comp.

Location - Nasik (Maharashtra)

Candidate's Profile - Looking for CA post qualification min 5 yrs exp in Plant Accounts.

Role -

1.To ensure maintenance of books of accounts as per statutory requirements and as per company policies. To prepare budget estimates for factory operations.

2. To ensure compliance with all commercial statutes (VAT, Excise Service Tax etc.) applicable to plant transaction.

3. To ensure monthly accounts closing and related MIS reporting within specified time frame.

4. To monitor effectiveness of various internal control systems in factory operations in ongoing manner. To ensure implementation for various guidelines issued in this regard.

5. To ensure payments pertaining to factory transactions as per specified payments terms.

6.To monitor product costs and overheads with related budgets and report the same in timely manner.

7. To ensure adherence to requirements pertaining to tax audit, statutory audit and transfer price audit.

8. To drive cost savings for plant operations both in overheads & material costs.

9. To evaluate Capital expenditures decisions for the plant & ensure fixed assets accounting as per policy.

10.To support Factory Manager, Financial Controller, Financial Planner & Director Finance with inputs for various decisions.
