Planning Manager - Chemicals

Candidate from Paint/Adhesive/Chemical Industries shall be given preference

- Reporting to - Planning Manager initially

- Production Planning, Scheduling and resource planning for the Gujarat plant

- Takes care of detailed planning of two very vital SBUs of the Company

- Support optimum capacity utilization

ACCOUNTABILITY / MISSIONS

Objective, Responsibility, Activities- .

Activity

- Review MRP result weekly, place raw material PR's on time, if necessary adjust on the way PO with timely coordination with procurement

- Arrange daily production plan (Detailed Planning with optimum RM/PM availability)

- Follow up of return goods and problem inventory usage and reporting (Coordinate with R&D, Q.C, and Production)

- Follow the MTO/MTS with respective lead times defined

- Follow up Company HSEQ policy and procedure

- Timely report out if have any concerns about HSEQ

ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Ensure product supply, monitor stock, maintain the optimum level of stocks defined by corporate

- Foresee supply problems, inform related people at the first time, coordinate and find solution in coordination with the central Planning team

- Report Problem Inventory generation and usage

- Ultimate objective is to ensure that no production time is wasted for want of PM/RM at site

PROFILE

Qualification/Degree, experiences, skills-

- Science / Production engineering Graduate with an additional qualification of planning management with 4 years- experience preferred.

- SAP Knowledge is mandatory

- Experience in a batch processing Chemical industry preferred

- Age preference - 28 years to 35 years
