Planning Head - Supply Chain Management - FMCG

Description:

- Head centralized Planning encompassing Demand Planning, Production Planning and Material planning. Will lead S&OP process for the company.

- Own SNOP process for the organization

- Long term capacity planning

- Ensure requisite support to front end in terms of stock availability, SLOB management etc

- Forecast accuracy improvement for both GT and MT

- Inventory management including freshness, right inventory (FG, RM, PM)

- Engage top customers directly to ensure best in class customer service

- Ensure optimal RM/ PM inventory to support production

- Production Plan roll out ensuring optimal capacity utilization while ensuring enviable service to customers.

- SLOB and expiry reduction

- Lead digitization agenda of the function

- People development of the team (direct as well as indirect)

- Domain expertise in atleast some aspects of planning (demand/ supply/ production).

- Customer first mindset
