Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, review and administer construction schedules and plans
- Monitoring build progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality
- Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions
- Meeting with clients, stakeholders and project managers to report on project progress
- Liaising and building strong working relationships
- Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
- Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
- Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project
- Managing project managers and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams
- Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to organize the phases of the construction development
- Keep the stakeholders team up to date on progress
- Present information for internal meetings on the project
- Problem solving
Experience and Skill:
- 10- 15 years of experience in the Construction Industry
- Experience of 6/7 years of core site experience preferably high rise residential building in the beginning of the career
- Done at least one high rise residential project more than 40 sty with planning experience cycle starting from excavation/piling to handover
- Well versed with MSP/Primavera and run critical path - excellent tracking monitoring
- Very Good in daily/weekly/month MIS
- Very Good in excel/word/PowerPoint
- Very good in Management presentations
- Must have an execution cum planning experience using with Aluminum formwork (Mivan/S Form/Kumkang, 40 sty high rise Residential building construction).
