Client: Luxury Retail Brand

- Develops and manages OTB plans across all brands.

- Monitors inventory levels to ensure optimal stock distribution.

- Oversees store allocations to maximize sales potential.

- Plan liquidation of old stock along with Merch.

- Be responsible for P&L.

- Analyze Business performance & plan corrective action.

- Understand and Implement new Planning tool basis function head direction and need.

- Preparing Annual Business Budgets in sync with all concerned departments considering all merchandising, marketing and operational activities.
