HR Manager


- HR Plus EA will be part of the founder's office and will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team while also assisting with human resources functions.

- This role requires a high level of confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :


Human Resources Support :


Recruitment and Onboarding :

- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and orientation processes are completed.

Employee Relations :

- Support HR in addressing employee queries and concerns.

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

HR Administration :

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

- Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and policy manuals.

Compliance and Reporting :

- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and comply with legal standards.

- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management review.

Executive Assistant :

Administrative Support :

- Manage executives' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive team.

- Coordinate and organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Communication :

- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

- Handle incoming communications and emails, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the executives when necessary.

Project Management :

- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects as assigned by the executive team.

- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Required Qualifications :

- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience :


- 5+ years of experience in HR role, with some exposure to executive assistant functions.

Skills :

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
