PLANezy, as the name suggests, is a platform to help people plan their event. We do this buy connecting users with service providers who match their requirements such as budget, availability etc. We make our money from the business partners because we help them get customers.
We would like you to join our organization to help us with the following (Job Description) :
- Achieve growth and hit revenue targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer/vendor base and ensure it's strong presence.
- Design and implement growth hacks.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer/vendor relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitor status.
Do you have what it takes to join us ( Requirements) :
- We need a Wolf of Wall Street, We need a Rocket Singh.
- We prefer if you have an MBA, it makes our life easier, as you would be involved in multiple verticals - but it Doesn't really matter.
- Communication and attitude - Very Important.
- If you know these languages it would make your work easier: English, Tamil and Hindi.
