Mission Statement
Sr Manager/ Manager - Product Engagement will be responsible for driving Student and Teacher engagement on the PlanetSpark Platform, Identifying and developing new features to boost engagements and plug process gaps thereby making the student and teacher journey rewarding and smooth. This will be a very high impact - high ownership role and will require working closely with the leadership team to ideate and execute new initiatives within timelines
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan Interventions and product features to boost student and teacher engagement
- Identify and develop new features to boost engagement and participation and plug process gaps
- Lead a team of 3-4 developers to get the required features developed
- Prepare PRDs, Flowcharts, Process Maps, Creatives, and sample UIs to help with the development process
- Track the success of features launched and plan interventions accordingly.
- Prepare visibility dashboards for transparent reporting of features and their success with the leadership team.
- Carry out surveys on the teacher and student front to identify issues and mitigate the same
- Work on improving the key operational metrics like Daily attendance, Daily logins, Daily participation across all digital activities and events, Teacher NPS etc
- Work with leadership team on special projects related to student engagement and experience
- Closely collaborate with the operations team to enable automation of redundant tasks and activities
What are We Looking For?
MBA or BTech from tier-1 institutes
Min 4-5 years of work experience in leading complex operations teams at consumer tech startups
MUST have worked in tech and data-led operations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to drive a team of developers
Prior experience working in product development
Prior experience working on CRMs will be a plus
Experience with Ruby on Rails and Python (basic proficiency )
