Mission of the Role:
- Maximize ROI on marketing spends through a data-driven approach to achieve ROAS and CM3+ growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy, including channel mix, campaign mix, and channel-level tactics.
- Conceptualize and create engaging video and static creatives.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze data across the marketing funnel and develop insightful dashboards using Power BI and Metabase.
- Use data to drive decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
Campaign Optimization:
- Hands-on optimization of campaigns on Meta and Google, focusing on ad copies, landing pages, audiences, and keywords.
- Innovate with product-led growth initiatives and growth hacking strategies.
Organic Growth:
- Drive initiatives to enhance organic and product-led growth.
- Focus on executing a few strategies exceptionally well to achieve high-impact results.
Requirements: Skills & Experience:
- Numerical & Analytical Abilities: Excellent numerical ability and data analysis skills.
Experience:
- 2-6 years in performance & growth marketing at a consumer internet company, with a proven ability to manage and scale performance marketing campaigns.
- Creative Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to craft compelling marketing copies and videos.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Power BI, Metabase, and hands-on experience with campaign optimization tools
