Mission Statement of the Role:

Maximize ROI on marketing spends through a data-driven approach

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Marketing Campaigns: Design and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta and Google

2) Data Analysis: Analyse data across the marketing funnel through various dashboards

3) Campaign Optimization: Optimize campaigns through levers such as ad copies, landing pages, audiences, campaign structure, keyword optimization etc.

4) Creatives: Conceptualize and create video and static creatives

5) Growth Hacking: Come up with unconventional growth strategies to increase traction

Requirements:

1) B.Tech from a top institute such as IITs/NITs/NSUT/DTU/ BITS

2) Excellent numerical ability and data analysis (non-negotiable)

3) 0-3 years of experience in a data-driven role such as digital marketing associate, marketing analyst, business analyst

4) Deep knowledge of digital marketing will be a huge plus

5) Creative thinking and the ability to craft compelling copies and create marketing videos
