- MUST HAVE prior experience in a tier 1 consulting firm or the growth function of a consumer tech startup
- MUST HAVE excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon
Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement:
The Manager / Sr Manager, Conversion & Growth is a key problem-solving role that combines marketing, product and sales. The incumbent will completely own one metric: conversion of leads. This will involve the complete ownership of user journey from lead to demo booking to demo class to sale.
1) Unlocking conversion levels
- Analyse the customer journey and identify levers for conversion
- Identifying unlocks for each lever
- Building strategies for implementing these unlocks
2) Landing Page Funnel
- Track conversions on a daily basis and own conversion metrics
- Own the entire product flow from lead capture to client conversion
- Run experiments and A/B tests to optimize conversion ratios at each step
3) Product Improvements
- Suggest product features before, during, and after the demo class to drive conversions
- Work closely with the technology team to get the product features executed
4) Demo class innovations
- Closely monitor class demos and ideate strategies for driving higher conversions through demo design improvements
5) Training
- Identify training gaps for the sales team and teachers
- Design and conduct live and recorded training sessions for teachers and sales teams
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-7 years of experience in growth functions at a consumer tech business, preferably in offline to online conversion
- OR 3-7 years of experience at a tier-1 consulting firm
- Highly analytical and problem-solving bent of mind and a strong obsession with using a data-driven approach
- Ability to think of solving a problem from multiple levers such as product, sales and training
