Responsibilities:
Employee Retention:
- Implement effective retention strategies tailored to different departments and employee groups.
- Collaborate with managers to develop action plans aimed at reducing turnover in key areas.
- Monitor the effectiveness of retention initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.
- Analyze employee turnover data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of attrition.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Handle complex employee relations issues and grievances, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary
Talent & Performance Management:
- Drive the implementation and change management of a robust, adaptable performance management system.
- Establish a Talent Management framework integrated with the compensation system.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from entry to exit.
Employee Engagement:
- Lead the organization's engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with the leadership team to devise effective engagement strategies and solutions.
- Contribute to shaping and implementing policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employee induction process for new campus hires.
Requirements:
- Work from office at Gurgaon ( 5 days work from office)
- Previous Sales HRBP experience is preferred of 1 - 2 years
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis for data-based decision-making.
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Bachelor's degree or MBA (HR)
