We are calling out for a dynamic and driven Content Writer who can whip up engaging content and create effective communication for the brand.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The content would span a vast range of topics and would also include maintaining a blog.

- The ability to create copy for ads/print/outdoor/web & the social media.

- The person will cater to all the script requirements for customer communication flowing in from different stakeholders.

- Managing all non-promotional communication with customers covering all touch-points like email, SMS, social media, policies & FAQs on site/App and so on.

- Designing communication guidelines and driving content for major events

- Understanding the objective behind the communication and tailoring the messaging accordingly

- Ensuring that all communication aligns with brand positioning in terms of tone, language, sentiment, etc.

- Analyzing national and international space in communication across service led sectors to identify best practices.

Job Requirement :

- Someone with exceptional communication skills & a flair for writing.

- Prior Exp. in Fashion & lifestyle Brand will be added advantage.

- Excellent research and writing skills.

- Fashion & lifestyle blogs and articles for website.

- Knowledge of SEO content writing

- Knowledge of keyword frequency, Google updates.

- Editing and proofreading bulk content sent in by a content.

- An individual with excellent written and verbal mastery over the English language.

- A flair for writing with an understanding of what content works well on the world wide web.

- Has the ability to develop content in a variety of styles & formats.

- An ability to work with a growing team and has good communication skills.

- Ability to quickly turnaround the script requirements for various occasions.

- Ability to relate to today's youth and their language.

- Deep customer orientation and ability to relate to the customer.

Salary : Negotiable

Preference : Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in E-commerce Projects.
