About the Role:

As a Senior Program Manager, you will spearhead the creation of high-quality curricula for PlanetSpark's programs. This role involves independently developing content, mentoring a team of content creators, and leveraging AI tools to deliver scalable, impactful educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Research: Conduct live classes for PlanetSpark students to understand the right pedagogical methods for imparting learning.

Prototyping: Develop lesson plans based on primary research and prototype lessons with students to gather real insights.

Pedagogical Design: Come up with the right pedagogical frameworks based on the insights from prototyping.

AI Prompt Engineering: Iteratively design prompts that will help create and scale content. Fine-tune prompts to make them scalable and usable by team members.

Content Creation: Develop content using prompts created and make it live.

Content Scale-up and Team Leadership: Mentor team members to scale the content using AI prompts. Track and monitor progress and quality.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Engineering (B.Tech), or related fields.

Experience: 5-6 years of experience in curriculum design, content creation, or instructional design.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of instructional pedagogy and content scalability.

- Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking capabilities.

- Familiarity with AI tools for educational content creation is an advantage.

- Founder's mindset: ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
