Key Job Responsibilities:
- We're looking for a hustler HR Lead/Manager who is passionate and responsible for building, maintaining and supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliances. We promise a meaningful journey with smart people, opportunities to learn & grow. We are an early-stage start-up with a small team, so you'll be building things from the ground up.
- Workforce planning in partnership with the Co-founders: Develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Complete HR Management Responsibility: Setting up, building and maintaining HR Processes
- Planning and implementing HR policies, job roles, structure, and practices.
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Carry out the responsibility for day-to-day HR operations, payroll coordination, employment contract management, vendor management.
- Compensation benchmarking, offer negotiation and manage new employee onboarding
- Build an employee benefits program for the entire PlanckDOT team
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner / Generalist role, preferably in a fast-growing, high-performance, and tech-driven / start-up / scale-up environment.
