Program Manager (Indorama Ventures Center for Clean Energy)

- The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of Indorama Ventures Center for Clean Energy. The successful candidate will work closely with researchers, faculty members, and university administrators to ensure that the Center's goals are met and that its programs are successful.

- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the research center in conjunction with faculty members and university administrators.

- Manage and coordinate research projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as funding agencies, industry partners, and other research institutions.

- Manage and coordinate the center's outreach programs, including workshops, seminars, and public lectures.

- Oversee the center's administrative functions, including budget management, personnel management, and facilities management.

- Collaborate with faculty members and researchers to develop new research proposals and secure funding for those proposals.

- Work with university administrators to ensure that the center complies with all relevant university policies and procedures.

- Analyze data and provide regular reports to university administrators and external partners on the progress of the center's programs and projects.

- Represent the center at meetings, conferences, and other events as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

- 1-2 years of experience in program management, preferably in a research or academic setting.

- Experience in budget management, personnel management, and project management.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

- Familiarity with university policies and procedures related to research administration.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
