Plaksha's Office of Corporate Partnerships & Careers (CPC) has been set up with the objective of creating long term, multi-dimensional and mutually value -adding partnerships with Industry and ensuring superlative career outcomes for all students at Plaksha. CPC is the nodal point for each university stakeholder i.e faculty, students, founders, and a bridge to industry.

Need

We believe that stellar career outcomes for our students are essential as we build the University and we are thus, looking out for people to join the Office of Corporate Partnerships & Careers to help evangelise the vision of Plaksha by driving outreach activities and help us achieve this goal.

Job Description

- Identify potential partners to develop and nurture mutually value adding relationships for internships and placements for students and other elements of engagement with industry

- Ability to independently front end meetings with senior industry leaders including CHROs, CTOs, COOs etc.

- Work with Head CPC in planning and executing the strategy to create a funnel of leads to approach and pitch for empanelling Plaksha for hiring requirements of corporates

- Keep enhancing existing relationships with strategic partners with the primary objective of getting firm commitments to hire Plaksha's future ready students

- Work closely with internal stakeholders - founding community, faculty, students to achieve the objectives of the CPC

Qualification

Post-graduate preferably an MBA

Key Skills

- Preferred experience of > 5 years

- Well networked in the Corporate community especially HR

- Excellent communication skills - oral and written

- Strategic thinking ability and analytical skills

- Executive presence

- Strong knowledge of industry trends

- Commitment to excellence, accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to leverage resources and networks, including online portals and listings to generate intelligence and knowhow on industry dynamics
