Job Summary
As the P&L leader you would be responsible for the Entire P&L of the Business and lead it to scalability. You would be responsible for taking the business to the next level, build & enhance on the existing processes find and execute pockets of growth and help the Product/Tech team to leverage growth. For the role the candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset
Responsibilities
1. You will be defining, planning, communicating and owning the business and scaling it PAN India
2. You will be responsible for owning multiple channels of sales and be responsible to hold the growth for channels independently
3. You need to be data centric, leverage technology and the BA team to understand the funnels and have
4. Manage the Supply side eco-system and partners/vendors to drive efficiencies
5. You will be managing teams across band, grades and geographies, need to be able to empathize with the people yet drive efficiencies
6. You will also be responsible for understanding and measuring the success metrics directly inclined towards your vertical and align them as per the business needs.
7. You will be analyzing the key metrics being tracked in the business and creating a plan to iterate and optimize for the future.
8. Help build Tech Stack from business perspective with the Marketing and Product Teams
Preferred Qualification
1. Master's / Bachelor's degree, MBA will be bonus.
2. 3+ years of hands-on experience in P&L Management and proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful business lines throughout its lifecycle.
3. B2C and B2B2C experience specifically building Teams, scale and distribution is a bonus.
4. You should be able to communicate effectively and efficiently within the Team and across teams and departments
5. You should have a First principle thinking approach in problem solving; the ability to build from scratch and the vision to scale it.
6. You should have empathy towards the customer and the ability to understand their problems.
7. You should have an Agile mindset - With a strong bias for action and an iterative approach to product development and a focus on building well hypothesized products.
8. You should be able to understand and analyze industry/market/competition and internal business strategy, and ensure your business line stays relevant and ahead of the curve.
9. On a daily basis, you should be able to use data to drive decision making
10. Prior experience in building P&L for ancillary business is a plus.
