P&L Head - Retail/Services - Startup

Company- Mydentist.- Mumbai

Role- P&L Head, Mumbai/Pune

Within a span of 2 years, we are the largest in the country with 34 clinics in 2 cities.

But we won’t stop here. We won’t stop with our 100th clinic. Or the 20th city.

We want to bring emotions like Ethics, Transparency, Honesty, Comfort, Technique to Dentistry, a profession which usually invokes the opposite.

We have a lively, young team of experienced and skilled people, best of the lot being our dentists who also manage our clinics.

And we run the company the same way we run our clinics.

So if you have been working in the retail services or a similar sector, read on.

Your will do all of these things:

- Manage P&L

- Monitor and Manage Key Metrics

- Operations, supply chain, etc

- Roll out and launch new clinics

- Oversee the clinics and manage all Dental Directors

- Interact with the marketing and clinical teams to meet revenue and margin targets.

- Set up an org structure to expand and scale

- Build team and workforce

You will work with Vikram, the CEO and also the founder of the company. Vikram is an MBA who can’t make good ppts, and who is rarely found in office.

‘Management by driving around’, that too in Mumbai can be a hard task.

So if you also are a top tier Engineer or MBA but would rather work with Dentists and other people who do real work, you are welcome.

It will be great if you have worked for 5-10 years, but that’s just coz we have little time to ease you in.

Your remuneration will be best in class, and will include stock options.
