P&L Head - AlcoBev Plant

Job Title: P&L Head (AlcoBev)

Location: Delhi NCR

About the client: Our client is a well established leader in the AlcoBev space.

Reporting Structure:

- The position reports to the Director of the organisation, who has P&L Heads from other regions also reporting into him. The Factory Head, who oversees functions including Production, Engineering, Quality, Process.., will be reporting into this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- To oversee and lead the Business Unit/Location with complete Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability.

- Strategise, direct, and synchronise all operational facets within the Unit, encompassing production, Engineering, Bottling, etc.

- To minimise expenses, select packaging materials, and coordinate operational activities.

- To ensure timely preventive maintenance and quick resolution of breakdowns to minimize production loss.

- Head safety initiatives across all manufacturing facilities.

Experience:

- The role requires the individual to possess both, technical and commercial expertise, including P&L management, cost optimization, engineering, packaging, brewing, plant operations & administration, quality management, estimating & cost controlling, besides others.

- Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing distillery operations.

- Candidates with a techno-commercial background from the distillery or engineering field will be preferred for this role

Education: Engineering degree with around 20 years of experience.
