Background:
- Experience at a premier investment bank, consulting firm or in the corporate planning and strategy group of a leading corporate.
- Develop and present complex solutions to senior level prospects at the client end; involvement in commercial negotiations.
- Manage teams to simultaneously deliver multiple projects as per client requirements and deadlines within overall budgets.
- Supervise and review client mandates being executed by the team (e.g., strategy formulation & detailing, opportunity assessment, feasibility studies, preparation of business plans, financial and valuation models, rating and capital market advisory, business due diligence etc.)
- Client relationship management with the objective of securing new and repeat mandates from existing and new clients.
- Provide support to the Group Head for achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Provide pre-sales support on Business Development initiatives.
- Actively involved in recruitment, team building and mentoring to develop sub-ordinates.
Desired Attributes :
- Clear logical and analytical abilities - Open to travel overseas for client meetings and business trips - Strong communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
Experience & Qualification :
- 9+ years of relevant post-qualification experience
- MBA from a premier institute/ CFA (USA)/ CA (ICAI)
