PKC Advisory - Independent Legal Counsel - Freelancer

There is an opportunity available with a Group company in the capacity of Independent Legal Counsel (specifically Freelancer) for Kuwait based investment holding company.

The person would directly work with Group's Finance Control team, and assist them with taking care of all the legal aspect pertaining to their ongoing Euro medium term note programme listed in UK.

This involves reviewing all EMTN related documents on behalf of management. As a part to Group's management team, he/ she would be required to deal with industry's heavy-weights: International law firms and multiple investment bank (Joint lead managers). Initially, your services would be primarily required at the time of annual prospectus update (around Oct-Nov months) and whenever management goes for drawdown.

Please note, we are specifically looking for industry experts (+15-20 years of experience) in international capital market and knowledge of UK law who are willing work as freelancer / independent consultant. Please note, as this will be a project-based assignment and which will not involve any travel / does not require relocation.
