1. Asst Manager/ Manager - Sales
Job Description
You would be energizing the sales function of the company with constant flow of client wins and new partnerships.
You would be expected to establish trusted relationship with prospects and clients and create fitment of proposed solutions with the client problems
You would be responsible for Go To Market Strategy and win strategy for regular pitches in your territory.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed with the Sales Head
- Developing a market development plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
You would be required to establish connect with senior professionals in the industry on phone, industry conferences.
You would be required to create and present crisp proposals
You would be networking with industry peers like publishers, ad network and others and create valuable win-win partnerships.
Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects from Agencies and Direct Clients
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
Skills and Experience Required
Minimum experience- 3-4 years is required.
Relevant experience in Digital Media - Sales profile both Agencies and Direct Clients
Agency and marketing media buying contacts will be an added advantage
Understanding of digital and advertising market
Proven leadership yet an independent player
Should be presentable with good communication skills
Outgoing, ambitious and sales oriented person
Graduate/Post graduate in Any Discipline
