Senior Business Development Manager


- As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

- You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic business relationships while achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Prospecting :

- Identify and qualify potential new clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research.

- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication to understand their needs and challenges.

- Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to foster long-term client loyalty.

Sales Pipeline Management :

- Manage and track sales pipelines, forecasting revenue and identifying opportunities for growth.

- Prioritize sales activities and allocate resources effectively to maximize results.

Team Leadership :

Market Analysis :

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in using salesforce automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
