Senior Finance Analyst - IT MNC

The Job :

- Provides expertise in Accounting and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of business analysis

- Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions

- Influences strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services which directly impact the business

- Persuades and influences others through strong and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.

Key Accountability :

- Assist with the development of financial models and ad hoc scenarios

- Develop business strategy models in collaboration with Finance and Strategy stakeholders

- Prepare budget and forecast, MIS and other related reports

- Manage the key planning and investment decisions for the engineering operations

- Ensure sound internal controls for financial reporting exists

- Assist Finance Director in support of the annual planning process

- Responsible for ad-hoc internal and external requests

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Senior level experience in a Business Analyst role

- Subject matter expert in Financial Accounting Systems

- Possess strong collaborating and/or influencing skills

- Aptitude to team and work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced, changing environment - excellent prioritization skills a must

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet assigned deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with management and employees across business units

- Master's Degree in Business, Commerce or Economics, with focus on Accounting
