The incumbent will work directly with Pitney Bowes leadership. You will engage with our teams at a strategic level, delivering HR solutions using solid business acumen and project management skills. This role will report directly into our HR leader.
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate comes with a strong business orientation and demonstrated success as a strategic HR partner, Translate business strategies, objectives and challenges into the appropriate HR actions and initiatives.
- Build performance management capabilities by coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver effective feedback to foster employee development
- Partner with leaders to identify and address critical organizational and people issues, and remove barriers.
- Drive Key PB Initiatives - Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Management, L&D, EES, etc.
