Piramal - Senior Manager/AVP - Treasury - Front Office

- Sound understanding of multiple financial instruments like NCDs, Term loans, Working capital facilities, ECBs and commercial papers

- Sound understanding of various NCD/Loan related RBI and SEBI regulations

- Hands-on experience of borrowing transactions and negotiations with banks/lenders

- Design, Implement and Publish monthly information to (Liabilities, Investment, Lending Book etc ) along with comparisons

- Negotiate & structure fund-raising transactions

- Liaise with legal, compliance teams on various aspects of the transaction

- Design & Implement Borrowing MIS with analysis of instruments, entity and source along with Finance Cost Budgeting & periodic variance attribution

- Partnering businesses and finance team to source information required for borrowing on a monthly / quarterly and annual basis

- Ownership of various investor decks, CMA, QIS, portfolio cuts for rating agencies

- Continuously updating the Information Memorandum and other standardized documents required for the borrowing

- Preparing various types of MIS and information required by the lenders i.e. Banks / Mutual Funds / Institution for the borrowing

- Prepare reports for Treasury, company management and regulators and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

- Treasury Budgeting, adhering compliance on treasury activities

- Interaction with Auditors, regulatory reporting

- Perform other responsibilities as required by General Management/ Treasury with due diligence.
