JOB OVERVIEW:
The incumbent will be responsible to provide leadership to his / her team which entails providing vision & direction, set & drive team's agenda, build consumer insights to drive marketing strategy. Develop & execute strategies that improve customer experience and drive growth. Focused approach towards Consumer relation management (CRM) and consumer insights strategies.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
- Will report to Head of Marketing
Team size: 2
QUALIFICATION:
- Full time MBA in Marketing from Premier B School
EXPERIENCE:
- 10 to 15 years of experience across Insight & research function at an agency & client side.
- At least 3 - 5 years exp at client side in a mid to large OTC / FMCG non food); experience in personal care segment
Team handling:
(1 st pref Insight Lead or manager insights in a mid to large employer)
- MUST have worked across the spectrum of research methodologies and insighting (product, price , communication, concept, Nielsen RMS, IQVIA, Household panel)
- Worked on insight to action projects leading to a business outcome; exhibits high level of maturity and ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of CRM & Analytics (good to have)
CRITICAL QUALITIES:
- Ability to interpret, draw insights and develop actionable recommendations
- Strong customer focus and proactiveness ; Recommend improvements in work processes
- Displays maturity and creative problem solving skills in handling crisis
