Qualification: Technical skills in real estate - either an engineer or architect.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Preparing quality manuals, looking after the quality of the works executed at site, execution of all Civil related works, project monitoring and controlling

Pre-investment:

- Assist in reviewing drafts and final versions of technical due diligence reports, and identifying any red flags to be brought to the attention of the senior team members.

- Follow-up together with senior team members in the resolution of red flags

Post-investment:

- Preparation of monthly MIS reports for all the investee companies; coordinating with the company for obtaining the data needed to prepare the said reports and analyzing the same to identify any red flags

- Be responsible for maintaining proper documentation and filing of the technical information, reports, analysis, both in soft and hard copy

- Regular site visits on all projects as required

- Coordinate with architect / liaison consultants / contractor/PMC etc in special circumstances where required
