- Hardware & Operating System Installation & Support for IT Equipments (Desktop/Laptop/Switches/Printers & Servers)

- Software compliance management

- Asset Management Software & Hardware

- Windows Operating system, Antivirus, Patches Installation & Support

- Evaluation of End user IT requirement & providing right solution to meet their requirement.

- IT asset management & Software compliance management

- Regular Backup & Restore of all user & Servers.

- Desktop Application Installation & Support

- Is responsible for the security of the Local network

- IT Budgeting & Control

- Vendor Management

Experience: 8-12 years

Essential Qualifications: Experience in Hardware & Desktop Application Support, MCSE Certified; Should have worked in a project management role
