JOB OVERVIEW

Supports in designing, developing and delivering of D&I, Employee in designing, developing and delivering of D&I, Employee engagement, Employer Brand engagement, Employer Brand initiatives in order to build a culture of inclusion and ensures the longinitiatives in order to build a culture of inclusion and ensures the long- term sustainability of Employee term sustainability of Employee engagement & engagement & Employer Brand efforts inclusive of communication on social media platforms.Employer Brand efforts inclusive of communication on social media platforms.

Recruitment agencies, HR network to understand network to understand Employee D&I, Employee engagement best practices, External practices, External experts Media (for employer brand building)

REPORTING STRUCTURE

Reports to: Culture and Employer Brand Lead

QUALIFICATION:

MBA in HR or Masters in Psychology/ in HR or Masters in Psychology/ Sociology

EXPERIENCE:

- Strong experience of at least 3 to 5 years in HR including experience in OD/ Learning and experience of at least 3 to 5 years in HR including experience in OD/ Learning and Development/ Talent Management/ Diversity & Development/ Talent Management/ Diversity & Inclusion/ Employer Brand Inclusion/ Employer Brand

- Strong understanding of business requirements understanding of business requirements

- Knowledge of current best practices and trends in D&I and Employee Engagement including familiarity with key concepts (e.g. cultural competence, unconscious bias, mental wellness))

KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Culture (Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Engagement)

- Supports in conceptualization, design and delivery of the D&I agenda at Piramal Pharma Limited; develops D&I plans, goals and strategies aligned to the business plans

- Supports in driving inclusion policies and programs including gender sensitivity training, Inspiration At Work (women ERG), mentoring and grooming of women leaders, career comeback programs

- Supports in execution of all POSH related compliances including developing framework, selecting members for the Internal Committee (IC), conducting trainings and executing case enquiries. Create awareness among employees through E learning modules, communication mailers and posters

- Supports in ideating and executing Organizational Development & Organizational Effectiveness projects. Eg Culture transformation at Piramal Pharma Limited, Employee Engagement (From the business problem statement to action planning and implementation), instilling our Employee Value Proposition within the ecosystem.

- Leverages analytics on identified strategic projects to achieve strong business outcomes.

Employer Brand (HR Communications and Social Media)

- Build a visible and impactful employer brand that will enable strategic growth & visibility for Piramal Pharma Limited

- Manage global HR Communications by creating compelling campaigns & providing strategic & creative support to HR Partners across businesses

- Manage Social Media Marketing end to end and create a strong brand on external media, manage Glassdoor handles with personalized engagement with each review

- Manage Branding & Communications for the Campus Engagement Agenda

- Ideate impactful design strategy across various mediums of communication to support HR colleagues on strategic recruitment branding , campus connect, culture interventions at businesses etc.
