Purpose of the Role:

The incumbent will be responsible for planning and execute digital marketing strategy and campaigns across all brands, managing agency partners and media PR, managing the brand websites, SEO, SEM, Digital Media, Social Media Accounts and brand sentiment summary. Partnering and consulting with marketing stakeholders to build a digital ecosystem and consumer experience.

Key Stakeholders:

Internal: Brand Team, Marketing, Sales team, Human Resource Team, Media team

External: Digital agency, Creative agency

Essential Qualifications: MBA from good institute with relevant work experience

Essential Skills & Experience:

- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce in an FMCG/OTC organization

- Computer Educational background and strong technical knowledge

- Should have managed organization and brand digital, social footprint

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Manage brand website

- Manage company and brand website strategically in line with the brand initiatives.

- Update them with key initiatives and increasing traffic to brand websites.

- Improving the user experiences, design, and content update working with brand team at regular interval to make the site more user friendly, etc.

- Provide expertise in the area of Digital Media for Piramal brands

- Strategize, execute and evaluate digital marketing campaigns

- Devising of digital communication strategy across all Social Media platforms and budget planning

- Plan and execute all ORM, Web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email & inbound marketing, key word search, social media and display advertising campaigns bring the best cost-benefit optimization.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.

- Strategize and execute marketing on Social Media by optimizing budgets, testing, monitoring spend, analyzing returns and highlighting variances & corrective actions

- Lead the strategic planning of Digital and E-commerce for the CPD

- Partner and consult with marketing stakeholders to build a digital eco system and consumer experience

- Employer Branding (Optional)

- Collaborate with HR for ensuring that the organization is represented to prospective/potential employees in the best possible way on social and digital media like FB, Twitter, Linkedin, website etc.

- Drive HR agenda on social and digital world by working closely with HR Team.

- Creating, Updating and Reviewing Consumer Product footprint on digital and social media

- People Management and Development

- Lead, recruit, grow and retain high-caliber talent to build competent teams.

- Empower team members to move across existing opportunities and take on responsibilities independently
