Company : Piramal Capital   Role : Legal Counsel (Designation will depend on overall profile of the candidate)  Location: BKC, Mumbai  Purpose of Job:   Provide legal support to all loan transactions, assistance in transaction closures including due diligence and to further ensure all key legal and compliances are addressed and mitigate any potential legal risks   Essential Qualification: LLB   Essential Skills & Experience  - Must be experienced in reviewing title documents, corporate diligence reports and have an overall experience in handling transaction/queries  - Understanding of various financial instruments/transactions across pure debt, vanilla loans, standardized securities against loans and related documentation processes and compliance for transaction closures   - Relevant experience with a Bank or NBFC set-up; or in the finance side of the law firm.
