Talent Management Lead
Talent Review and Succession Planning :
- Review and refine the Talent Review and Succession Planning Process in light of external best practices
- Ensure seamless execution of the process by leveraging the existing technology platforms and driving enhancements
- Train and support Business HR teams to implement the process in a timely and effective manner
- Support the CHRO and Chief Talent Office to drive the implementation of the process for the CXO and ExCom teams
- Hi-potential Identification and Development Programs
- Design assessment processes and tools for identification of Hi-potential talent at junior and mid-management levels
- Design development journeys for building behavioral and functional capabilities of identified hi-potential talent
- Project Manage each phase of the process to provide an unparalleled experience to employees
- Partner with external consultants (wherever required) to enable seamless delivery of the assessment and development process
- Enabling Career Experiences and Development of Hi-potential employees and successors:
- Work with Business HR teams to support / guide hi-potential employees on their identified areas of development
- Establish a process and policy for providing career paths / career experiences for hi-potential employees in line with their aspirations
- Establish suitable forums to monitor and report development and career actions being taken for identified successors
Driving continuous improvements:
- Bring outside in perspective and forward thinking to enhance the maturity of the Talent Management function
- Leverage technology and analytics to enhance employee experience and improve measurement and reporting of the outcomes of Talent Programs
