Job Title : Lead - Digital Channel Marketing

Job Purpose :

To develop and manage Piramal Realty's integrated digital strategies for Destination and Project Brands and to create more, better quality and cost optimized lead generation through better digital planning.

Key Accountabilities :

- Develop digital strategies and implement actions to generate qualified sales leads, online traffic and Community engagement in line with approved briefs from Marketing.

- Establish an agreed framework for digital communication (to cover editorial content, systems, KPI- s, testing, budget control, and continuous improvement).

- Develop strategies for online campaigns to raise awareness& engagement, generate inquiries/quality leads and stimulate sales in line with Piramal Realty's objectives.

- Oversee social media strategy/activity and implementation of community management programmes.

- Improve the usability, design, content and conversion rates of Piramal Realty's digital platforms and propose/recommend new methods/tools/technologies.

- Develop and oversee the development of processes to track, analyze, report and improve:

- Lead generation and conversion rates: analytics and conversion rates,

- Customer and digital research, market and competitor data.

- Campaign effectiveness,

- Ensure that all digital platforms are up-to-date and in compliance with company and legal regulations.

- Provide strategic and content direction to IT ensuring all output meets the agreed briefs.

- Provide direction/guidance and motivation to subordinates to enhance performance and qualitative deliverables.

- Qualified Lead Generation (Conversion rates; Enquiry to sales ratios & Costs/ROIs).

- An agreed digital and social media strategy for Piramal Realty and all its Project and Destination Brands.

- Successful Implementation of Digital Channel Marketing activity at Destination or Brand level.

- Successful Implementation of Digital Marketing Campaigns and Community engagement as judged by analytics.

- Thorough understanding of functional trends and developments.

- Regularly updated effective digital presence

Qualifications, Experiences, Skills :

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge : Graduate Degree in Marketing or Computer Science, postgraduate advantageous

Minimum Experience (number of years) : Minimum 6-9 years of Digital Experience, with at least 3 years experience in real estate and managing integrated Digital campaigns preferably in a client environment.

Job-specific Skills/Complexity :


- Experience in SEO, Digital marketing, and social media B2B and B2C. E-commerce marketing and programmatic an advantage

- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role

- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, analytics, trends, strategy, and best practice.
