Lead - Campus Hiring
Campus Resourcing :
1. Lead the campus hiring & relations for all businesses & functions within Wholesale Finance, Retail Finance, Piramal Alternatives & PEL Corporate.
2. Build new advisory structures across leadership team of PEL to build a comprehensive hiring strategy
3. Develop and deliver the graduate post graduate & internship strategy for PEL ensuring that PEL attracts and recruits the best talent. This requires delivery of end to end services including early engagement, campus activity, recruitment marketing, selection and on boarding.
4. Liaise with HRLT & HRBP for various businesses to refine and implement a robust campus hiring plan.
5. Understand the nuances of each business to modify the hiring plan & approach .
6. Work to ensure the assessment framework is appropriate and effective to ensure a best practice approach to selection
7. Act as an SME & advise HR stakeholders on best practices and other intelligence.
8. Publish recruiting metrics & timelines for campus recruitment plan. Devise & implement large scale plans to achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectives
9. Review the company's overall proposition compensation, fitment, career trajectory on a timely basis to ensure access to top quartile talent and communicate the same effectively to the institutes, and targeted cohorts
10. Internally align all stakeholders to ensure the hiring processes are seamless & impactful.
11. Build relationships with campus placement teams and faculty representatives to facilitate the campus program across a variety of institutes Top to mid tier B Schools, top to mid tier engineering schools.
12. Develop case studies which will make great educational aids on Piramal way of M&A, integration etc.
13. Be responsible for collecting competitive tacit intelligence from campuses, and other organizations through primary and secondary sources on recruitment, compensation, campus rankings, hiring strategy etc.
14. Represent the company through speaking at institutes via pre placement talks (PPT), events, seminars to communicate the EVP of the brand.
15. Identify opportunities for new campus initiatives in order to strengthen the brand & engage with the talent ahead of the / besides the hiring season through interventions such as challenges, competitions, hackathons, leadership sessions, sponsorships, participation in events etc.
16. Take complete accountability to advance the careers of our fresh talent as they take guard for key roles in 2 to 3 year time frame.
Candidate Experience :
1. Work with vendors to coordinate merchandise, collaterals, and social media content for campus initiatives.
2. Coordinate onboarding activities of selected candidates (joining formalities, induction, etc. ) along with HRBP & ops teams to ensure superior candidate experience.
3. Ensure high PPO conversion
4. Effective communication on hiring status and timely responsiveness to queries from Institutes.
5. Ensure an impactful internship experience through sharp project charters, effective reviews
6. Design the campus to corporate journey of full time hires.
