Piramal - IT Business Analyst - Wholesale Lending Business

Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited (PCHFL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Piramal Enterprises Limited (the flagship company of Piramal Group), is registered as a housing finance company with National Housing Bank (NHB) and engaged in various financial services businesses. It provides both wholesale and retail funding opportunities across sectors. In real estate, the platform provides housing finance and other financing solutions across the entire capital stack such as structured debt, construction finance, flexi lease rental discounting etc. The wholesale business in non-real estate sector includes separate verticals- Corporate Finance (CFG) and Emerging Corporate Lending (ECL). CFG provides customized funding solutions to companies across sectors such as infrastructure, renewable energy, roads, industrials, auto components etc. while ECL focuses on lending towards, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

Purpose of the Job :-

Successfully implement technology solutions in a cost-effective and time-bound manner in order to realize the targeted benefits from technology

KRA :-

- Strong experience as a Business preferably for Wholesale Lending

- Should be well versed with documenting requirements as BRD, FSDs, preparing user stories in collaboration with stakeholders

- Implementation experience of technology initiatives in the wholesale and institutional domains

- Experience in both technology design and implementation aspects

- Ability to manage third party vendors/resources

- Program management skills for driving technology changes

- Strong data management fundamentals, Good Excel skills & basic data analytics

- Comfort in dealing with ambiguity, conflict resolution and stakeholder management capabilities

- Strong problem solving and communication skills

- Knowledge of Cloud technologies like Azure, Platform as a Service e.g. Sharepoint Online, Salesforce.com CRM will be plus.

- Hands on with methodologies like Agile Scrum
