Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Conducting detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis of allocated deals and maintaining relevant documentation

- Financial modeling of allocated investment opportunities at early and late stage in the analysis

- Preparation of draft Investment Committee papers, presentations and other day-to-day matters

- Assist in carrying out due diligence, valuations exercise by coordinating with investee companies, external agencies and internal stakeholders

- Ensuring that all conditions precedent and conditions subsequent are met on every transaction

- Ensuring ongoing compliances for the various investee companies including board meetings, project monitoring committee meetings, ROC filings etc.
