Job Description - Key Roles/ Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides vision & strategy, enables innovation and seeks to leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the company's requirements and expectations.
- Own, manage and implement projects that support the development of the our Enterprise Architect strategy
Stakeholder Management:
- Conduct product and vendor evaluations ensuring best in class technologies and partners
Budget:
- Identifying proactive opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.
Enterprise Architect:
- Enabling enterprises to grow, transform by adopting technology solutions by facilitate change in a way that maximizes its value by aligning to business strategy.
- Come up with the blueprint for the application architecture, information architecture, infrastructure architecture for the enterprise
- Will define and build the generic services around Single Sign on, Security, Monitoring, Alerts, Notifications, Source Code Management, tools etc.
- Focus on hand holding the solution architect for PFL by validating the future state, participating with their teams and being involved in governance activities to ensure adherence
- Extensive experience in working with enterprises in the Banking, Financial Services, Securities, Insurance, Manufacturing, Communications and eCommerce verticals
- Experience of transitioning organizations from On-Premise to Cloud based architectures

- Generic Skills: - typically comprising leadership, team working, inter-personal skills, etc.
- Business Skills and Methods: - typically comprising business cases, business process, strategic planning, etc.
- Enterprise Architecture Skills: - typically comprising modeling, building block design, applications and role design, systems integration, etc.
- Program or Project Management Skills: - typically comprising managing business change, project management methods and tools, etc.
- IT General Knowledge Skills: - typically comprising brokering applications, asset management, migration planning, SLAs, etc.
- Technical IT Skills: - typically comprising software engineering, security, data interchange, data management, etc.
- Legal Environment: - typically comprising data protection laws, contract law, procurement law, fraud, etc.
- Extensive experience in a managerial role within an IT or related field, including experience of managing Enterprise Architecture with a geographically dispersed team
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience
- Ten or more years of experience in business information solution & technical architecture in a multitier environment including open source technology
- Five or more years of business experience in strategic and operations planning and/or business analysis
