Experience:<br><br> -  Sound knowledge of wholesale financial services domain and strong understanding of wholesale financial service operations<br><br></div><div> <p>-  2+ years of experience in credit operations / credit administration w.r.t pre disbursement activities</p><div><br></div><p> -  Prior experience in handling aspects of audit, compliance, maintaining accounts would be preferred</p><div><br></div><p> -  Well versed with Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards issued by ICSI would be preferred</p><div><br></div><p> -  Strong understanding of investment / loan lifecycle, assets and liabilities, credit operations</p><div><br></div><p> -  Strong proficiency in MS Excel, experience with use of technology systems</p><div><br></div><p> -  Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, effectively manage time &amp; duly acknowledged by Borrower.<br> <br>-  Scrutiny of Executed Documents - Loan &amp; Collateral:<br><br> -  To check that the executed documents - both loan &amp; collateral documents - are in line with the sanctioned terms<br><br></div><div> <p>-  To ensure executed documents are duly signed by an authorised signatory - both at Lender &amp; Borrower's side.</p><div><br></div><p> -  Responsible to monitor the pending documents &amp; ensure proper credit compliance.</p><br>&nbsp;IT system data entry:<br><br> -  System data entry of developer profile, project configuration, micro-market profile (secondary data on price and sales velocity trends, comparable projects and their sales and pricing information)<br><br></div><div> <p>-  System data entry of project financial model data (prepared by the Investment Manager)</p><br> -  Pre-disbursement audit support<br><br>-  Coordination with Investment Manager/ developer and Internal Audit to ensure compliance of Condition Precedents (CPs) and supporting pre-disbursement audits<br><br> -  Document management<br><br> -  System upload of executable/executed transaction documents, project business plans, IC notes, term sheets, due diligence reports<br><br></div><div> <p>-  Ensuring the documentation is handed over to the trustee with adequate records in soft copy maintained internally</p><br> -  Pre-disbursement ops<br><br> -  Coordination with Treasury function for maintaining approval TATs on pre-disbursement checklists, deviation notes, secretarial compliance etc.<br><br> -  Post-disbursement data management<br><br> -  Follow-up with Investment Manager or Asset Manager for receipt of actuals (project sales MIS/costs/approvals) data from developers (investee companies)<br><br></div><div> <p>-  System data entry and maintenance of Debt Service Reserve Account (DSRA), FD details, escrow and retention accounts</p><div><br></div><p> -  To track creation of security documents, perfection of security with ROC, compliance of CERSAI registration within the prescribed timelines</p><br> -  Post-disbursement audit support<br><br> -  Coordination with Investment Manager/ Developer and Internal Audit on compliance of Condition Subsequents (CSs) (including flagging critical CSs to the Investment Manager and Asset Manager)<br><br></div><div> <p>-  Ensuring adherence to timelines for completion of post disbursement audit</p><div><br></div><p> -  Coordination with treasury for subsequent post disbursement audits</p><br> -  Loan account, disbursement and repayment schedule maintenance<br><br> -  System data entry and maintenance of cash flow schedule &amp;
