Job Description :
Drive Key Business Agenda through the implementation of PMO & Bandhan Programs :
- Plan & deliver business objectives through PMO and Bandhan activities
- Monthly & Annual PMO and Bandhan execution planning and review
- Driving execution through regular review processes along with ZBMs
- Define success metrics for on-ground activations and channel programs and track performance on same
- Driving visibility through feedback mechanisms developed on the basis of retail audit
- Ensuring seamless pay-out to retailers and wholesalers on time
- Maintaining TAT on issue resolutions for retailers and wholesalers regarding pay-outs of PMO and Bandhan program
- Drive in-market execution of SD pilots, projects in coordination with field team; capture learnings and build plan for scale-up
Generate Market Insights :- Understand industry norms of display initiatives, hotspots in retail outlets and create a playbook of best practices of in-shop visibility
- Understand and benchmark wholesale initiatives across industry and create benchmarking and best practice adoption plan
- Build upon market insights and develop action plans basis channel, geography and brand task
- Conduct review analysis presentations to SLT in sales and marketing to highlight relevant success stories or intervention needs
People Management and Development :- Liase and work along with retail audit agency for ensuring a diligent review process before pay-out
- Work along with marketing team to ensure adequate display material availability and execution
- Collaborate with agency partners and training team to organize training sessions for third party merchandisers
