Drive Content Strategy + Execution -

- Ideating and strategizing content for all marketing communications; Website, Product, Brochures, Emails, Pamphlets, SMS, WhatsApp

- Manage the design discipline for the company

- Think local language (Hindi first) and ensure that cultural essence is intact while working with language translators

- Campaign strategy and communication for periodic and tactical events, which could be held monthly, quarterly or yearly

- BTL, ATL & Videos - Strategy + Execution

- Be involved in the BTL, ATL strategy from conception to final delivery

- Ensuring all content produced is in sync with the brand guidelines, poised to deliver world-class output

- Consistently ideate and create a pipeline of videos that will positively impact brand salience

Vendor Management

- On-boarding of vendors of different kinds & negotiation for the best price and delivery

- Vetting of agreements, ensuring smooth delivery of all content within TAT

- Ensuring every vendor is in sync with the brand strategy

- Constantly keep an eye on the best ones in the market

Team Management -

- Managing and guiding a young team of content creators daily and pushing the needle on quality and engagement metrics

- Ensuring their KPIs are met, and they consistently deliver world-class content.

Other Responsibilities -

- Creating and maintaining a monthly budget sheet as per spends approved by the management

- Liaising with all internal teams like Business, Product, Website etc to help them with all their marketing and content needs

- Staying constantly in touch with the Finance and Legal team for agreements and payments for all external vendors

- Setting up of processes for ensuring timely delivery of all requirements
