JOB OVERVIEW:

Incumbent will be responsible to :

- Define and implement the Group learning roadmap so as to create a culture of learning which enables the achievement of business goals

- Partner with business leaders to address strategic development needs of the business

- Bring outside in perspective to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the L&D function

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :

- Strong functional expertise in L&OD including good instructional design skills, expertise in designing and implementing learning interventions for mid and senior employees, good facilitation skills, and hands-on experience of working on LMS platforms & L&D analytics

- Facilitation experience

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Strong program management skills

- Experience of working in a complex matrixed global organization is an added advantage

- Ability to work with global stakeholders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

PPL Leadership Academy :

- Lead the leadership development agenda across levels through the Leadership Academy, set up processes and systems for functional / technical capability building.

- Review and refine the construct and content of the Group Leadership Programs covered as part of the Group Leadership Academy

- Develop processes and oversee smooth implementation of Group leadership programs

PPL Functional Academies :

- Review and refine the construct and content of PPL Functional Academies (like HR, IT, Finance, Shared Services) and drive seamless implementation

Adoption of Self Driven Learning :

- Drive a culture of self driven learning across PPL businesses by driving adoption and uptake of e-learning content

- Design curated learning journeys and learning events for cohorts such as new joiners, promotees, and tenured employees based on annual performance outcomes

Strategic Projects :

- Partner with senior leaders to identify, curate/design and implement strategic interventions to address business priorities

Learning Analytics :

- Drive usage of L&D dashboards and leverage analytics to derive insights, measure impact and improve learning outcomes of key L&D interventions.
