- Support the strategic direction and portfolio and units' strategy depending on the life cycle.
- Support Chairman Office team in thorough research, ground work, structure broad & ambiguous problem statements into tangible challenges & synthesize clear approach towards the same
- Support creation of dashboards to review financial and operational performance
- Ensure the identification of key business risks and drives a mitigation plan actively.
- Facilitate Program management including budgeting, planning, execution, challenges, and activity tracking, using the project management approach for ROI tracking of key projects
- Projects will cover a wide range of topics: functionally, they will range from strategy, operations, M&A. Technically, they will cover Piramal's various businesses across pharmaceutical, consumer products, financial services, real estate, social impact. Incumbent will need to work with the Finance, Legal, Secretarial, HR, M&A teams and business CEOs to evaluate various transactions / projects
