Role Summary:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Pioneer E Solutions, New Delhi.
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing resources, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiency and quality in all aspects of the business operations.
- This individual will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting the company's continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Resource Management:
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and budget.
- Forecast resource needs and plan for future growth.
- Optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and analyze operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational processes.
Project Management:
- Manage and oversee operational projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of operations professionals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Client Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Experience with Government Projects:
- Proven experience working with government clients and understanding of government regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in operations management within the IT industry (preferred).
Skills:
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) (preferred)
