Pinkhem Investments Pvt. Ltd. is a Mumbai based finance company located in the Parel/Lalbaug area. We invest in a range of asset classes - stocks, bonds, real estate, commodities, structured products, and alternatives. We manage only proprietary, un-leveraged capital and thus as a company policy we do not disclose our AUM. Given the nature of our business, we do not require a website and hence we choose not to have one.

Key Tasks :

- Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement & other reports.

- Preparation of income/service tax returns.

- Tax planning and evaluating tax angle of various investment opportunities.

- Critically evaluating investment opportunities in various financial products, building models for evaluation.

- Manage all banking operations of the GC at corporate level.

- Handle all commercial and legal analysis for corporate level investments.

- Analyze and report performance of GC bi- annually.

- Devise the growth and performance targets of IRR for GC.

- Devise strategy for corporate structuring.

- Coordinate and consolidate all audit and tax planning for GC at corporate level.

Desired Canditate Profile :

- Applicant should be compliance driven

- Ability to critically interact with various Wealth Managers/Auditors/Tax

- Excellent communication skills and command over English

Salary: 15-18 lakh CTC
