As the company undergoes this transformation and continues its impressive growth journey, it is seeking to hire a Key Account Manager - Emerging Segments (Hospitality) for Pinelabs in the Mumbai

The candidate must bring significant ambition, drive, and an entrepreneurial bent of mind to the organization that enables business growth. They should be comfortable operating in a high-growth, multi-cultural organization with a rapidly expanding geographical footprint.

The candidate should be dynamic, motivated, and entrepreneurial to build market expansion in the city.

SeniorBusinessDevelopmentpartner is a key position in which candidate will be responsible for signing New Potential Clients in Emerging segments for Pine Labs

Location for the position Mumbai

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to: Regional Head

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and Create a Pipeline of Opportunities for offline payments in the hospitality and last mile commerce sector

- Partner closely with internal teams as well as external stakeholders in the industry across segments

- Customise solutions keeping in mind the key requirements of the clients

- Establish strong working relationships at the CXO level

- Keep oneself updated about the latest trends in the sector including regulatory changes

- Undertake travel as and when required for fulfillment of business needs

Must Have Skills:

- Strong customer orientation to identify and understand customer requirements.

- Strong Negotiator, who can command premium for the value Pine Labs brings;

- Flair for consultative selling and building relationships with Individuals and Organisations

- Exemplary Persuasion, with a high Result Orientation,

- Independent and Team Player

- Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills

- Leadership presence with the ability to influence strategic decision making.

- Adept at Consultative Solution Sales
