Revenue Manager :

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Revenue Manager to oversee revenue strategies across our diverse range of services.

- The Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximise revenue and profitability for each brand.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in revenue management.

Key Responsibilities :

Revenue Strategy Development and Implementation :

- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and maximize revenue for each brand.

- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.

- Formulate pricing strategies based on market demand, competitive landscape, and business objectives.

- Adjust strategies based on performance data and market changes.

Performance Analysis and Reporting :

- Conduct regular performance analysis, monitoring key metrics such as occupancy rates, service utilization, and revenue per available service.

- Generate and present detailed reports on revenue performance, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with category, marketing, customer success and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business goals.

- Work closely with brand managers to ensure revenue strategies are not at odds with the brand philosophy.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their input is considered in revenue decisions.

Channel Management and Optimization :

- Manage and optimize distribution channels (OTAs) to ensure optimal exposure and profitability for each brand.

- Evaluate and select appropriate distribution partners and platforms.

- Monitor and adjust channel strategies to maximize reach and revenue.

Who are we looking for?

- Graduate or postgraduate from a top management or engineering college.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 2-3 years in revenue management, preferably in a multi-brand or diversified service environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

- Growth mindset, focussed on improving business outcomes.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Excellent communication & presentation skills (both verbal & written) & interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent team player, can work very well with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Excited about wanting to work in a start-up - embraces ambiguity & uncertainty.
