Role: Training Lead Location: Gurgaon We are looking for young, dynamic professionals passionate about training and learning, who want to create a meaningful difference to the lives of people our company interacts with it, be it customers or domestic helps.The responsibilities of a training lead will include: 1. Behavioral training:Training on topics such as work ethics, body language, grooming etc. is crucial to the placement of domestic helps in both homes and institutions. Apart from higher chances of getting placed, helps with superior behavior & attitude can draw higher salaries and thus secure their livelihoods. 2. Skill training:For a well-functioning home, there are multiple skills at play - housekeeping, cooking, gardening, childcare, driving etc. The training lead should be able to aggregate and understand the subject matter at hand and distil it down to simple but effective training modules that can be administered to a semi-literate audience. 3. Brand & culture training:The training lead should ensure that people at the last mile representing the company carry a uniform understanding of the brand and the company culture for superior customer experience. 4. Training design:The training lead is responsible for planning the structure of training programs, designing the underlying content & instructional frameworks, and deploying a variety of tools & techniques to drive effective understanding of the topics being delivered. 5. Training effectiveness & outcomes:The training lead should drive training outcomes in line with business requirements. Training health should be continually evaluated by measuring outcomes at different times post training. Counselling sessions need to be undertaken for trainees lacking in performance or confidence. 6. Career progression of trainees:The training team is uniquely placed to understand the skills & attitudes of trainees. They should be able to plan programs for upskilling and cross-skilling of helps, and chart out their career paths in line with their aspirations. Coaching & mentoring of trainees would be integral to the process.
